About the project

MBR Electrical delivered the electrical package for the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory upgrade at Port Macquarie Base Hospital, working with On Constructions.

The lab supports life-saving cardiac procedures, so every clinical area had to be delivered and certified to strict healthcare standards inside an operating hospital.

Full electrical package
Body-protected electrical areas and re-certification to AS/NZS 3003
In-slab conduits and coordination with Philips for the new imaging system
Surgical pendant lighting and sterile stock lighting
Nurse call and MERT alarm works
